We pride ourselves in exceeding our customer's expectations by the owner providing the residents and the Board members his cell phone number. We know that your time is valuable and that you want to avoid playing phone tag or endless emails for a simple request or to have a question answered. Tim will be able to answer most questions on the phone, if he can't he will have an answer to you shortly. Or as a Board member you want to see the status on a situation or know the progress on a project. We are here to make your time on the Board simple and easy. We do all the work, allowing you time to do other things.

Tim has 30+ years of experience, either serving as a volunteer on homeowner Boards or in managing single family subdivisions, townhome and condominium communities throughout Atlanta. We manage as if we lived in the neighborhood.

Tim is a member of Community Association Institute (CAI) and regularly attends professional development programs and education seminars on all issues relating to homeowners association operations
